Erin is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer in Dallas, Texas.

She is dedicated to effective, compassionate, knowledgeable care with real results.

In keeping with that dedication, she has advanced training in modalities for pain relief and joint dysfunction as well as soft tissue manual therapy.

Pain relief treatment shouldn't have to be painful!

It should, however, be effective, practical, tailored to the client, compassionate, and with long term and short term symptom relief. Sessions should be as clinical or as meditative as the client needs in order to feel better. Clients can request to have a very quiet session or have a session that is oriented towards answering their questions, planning for future treatments and suggesting practical preventative care for the client at home.

My favorite type of work is assessing idiopathic pain and dysfunction. In other words, I excel when I get a client who says:

”I’ve been to several healthcare professionals and none of them have resolved my symptoms. Nothing on my scans explain my dysfunction and I’ve had my pain for years.”

These are my favorite types of clients.

I’m also always happy to welcome new clients who have never had any type of massage therapy or manual therapy before.

Erin Singleton is from Dallas, TX.  Her interest in massage therapy began in middle school when she saw her mother suffer from chronic migraines and her sister developed carpal tunnel syndrome. It made her want to be able to help others suffering similarly. She was fascinated by how an acupressure practitioner effectively treated her sister’s symptoms within one session and she intuitively learned ways to help her mother manage her own symptoms. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Oklahoma City University in 2010 and completed her program at Sterling Massage School in 2012.

Her foundational massage program covered special topics including migraines, prenatal and sports massage and her continuing education certifications have included extensive seminars in John Barnes's Myofascial Release system, in Erik Dalton's Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, with The Upledger Institute for CranioSacral Therapy, and massage for carpal tunnel syndrome at Parker University. She has completed certification for massage therapists in the Egoscue Method (a method for postural assessment and corrective movement therapy) and is working towards completing further certification as a Postural Alignment Specialist in the Egoscue Method. She specializes in soothing and bypassing trauma-related reflexes, pain relief, assessing complex full-body movement patterns and improvement in long term joint function.

She has previously been employed as a massage therapist at Sterling Health Center, The Spa at II Creeks, and at Cooper Aerobics Center. She has been self-employed for many years and currently sees her clients at her office in East Dallas.
